By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using our services.2. DefinitionsYou: Refers to the user accessing or using our services.
We: Refers to InboxBueno, operated by Weller Ventures LLC DBA InboxBueno.
The Service: Refers to the services provided by InboxBueno for validating and fixing email addresses within your email platform.
Errors: Refers to emails on your list that we expect to have an error. Usually a typo in the address.
3. Description of ServiceThe Service offered by InboxBueno involves validating and fixing email addresses within your email platform. This includes integration with your platform programmatically, scanning your email list for likely errors, and running them through our proprietary email repair algorithm to attempt corrections. We offer two primary services:- One-time Audit and Repair:We scan your list at a point in time and return fixes.
- Active Monitoring Solution: We regularly scan for new repairs.
All fixes are processed through a third-party validation service to ensure accuracy. Fixes can be sent to you via Google Sheets or uploaded directly to your email platform based on your preference.4. BillingOur services are priced per "saved subscriber," and charges are based on consumption at the end of each month. If we have a credit card on file for your account, we will automatically bill the card for the accrued charges. If we do not have a credit card on file, we will send an invoice with net 7 terms, meaning payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.We only charge for subscribers that meet the following criteria:
1. Found on your list and suspected to have a typo.
2. Corrected with an estimated email.
3. Verified as valid.
4. Successfully uploaded back to the email software (applicable if manual upload is opted for).
We do not bill for subscribers that have self-corrected on the list. If the corrected email has already joined the list, it will not count towards billing.5. Changes to TermsWe may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Continued use of The Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.6. PrivacyYour privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. We only store data on subscribers we determine to have an error.7. Intellectual PropertyAll intellectual property created as a result of data collected by InboxBueno is owned by InboxBueno and its successors or acquirers. We may use collected data to improve our algorithm or develop other intellectual property.8. Refunds and ExchangesDue to the nature of our software, we are unable to offer refunds or credits. Our software incurs costs in operation, and as a small bootstrapped company, we cannot guarantee refunds for delivered fixed subscribers.10. Governing Lawa. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.11. Forum SelectionYou agree that any action relating to the service or any action filed by you against us concerning our performance under these terms will be filed in the state or federal courts encompassing the geographic area of Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina.12. Claims Limitation PeriodYou agree that any claim relating to the service or any claim filed by you against us concerning our performance under these terms must be filed within one (1) year of the accrual of such claim.13. Class Action WaiverYou agree that any claim relating to the service or any claim filed by you against us concerning our performance under these terms must be filed on an individual basis only and you expressly waive your right to purse any class claims or to be represented as a member of a class.14.
